Welcome to Automobile Computer Solutions. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a transparent, professional, and respectful experience for all customers.

1. Product Use & Responsibility

All control modules sold on our website are remanufactured and rigorously tested to meet our strict quality standards.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information, including but not limited to the VIN, part number(s), and specific programming requirements. Automobile Computer Solutions is not responsible for any issues that arise from incorrect information, improper installation, or incompatibility resulting from inaccurate data provided by the customer.

2. Module Programming

Modules programmed to your specific vehicle may not be compatible with other vehicles. Please verify all relevant information before placing your order.

Units that are custom-programmed may be subject to a restocking fee or may be non-refundable, depending on the nature of the customization.

3. Warranty Coverage

All Diesel modules include a lifetime warranty, valid upon return of the original core unit. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and internal electronic components.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect installation
Limit to one-time use
Electrical faults or issues within the vehicle
Tampering or unauthorized modifications after delivery
Units that have been tuned or modified for performance

Any transfer of ownership: the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It becomes void if the vehicle or module is sold or transferred to another party.

Gas computers: These modules are sold as-is, without programming or setup. Please note that no warranty is provided for gas computer modules.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unaltered condition.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete guidelines. Refunds may be subject to:

Shipping deductions
Restocking fees (especially for programmed or installed modules)

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or programming. Once a module has been shipped or programmed, cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur a fee to cover labor and materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Automobile Computer Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of time
Loss of vehicle use
Additional labor or diagnostic expenses

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the module.
