At Automobile Computer Solutions, we proudly offer free diagnostic evaluations to all our clients. Our highly trained specialists perform in-depth testing to deliver the most accurate and reliable diagnosis possible at no cost to you.
Already received a diagnosis elsewhere? We will verify it free of charge, giving you a second opinion you can trust.

How Does It Work?
Step 1 – Contact Us
Reach out to us at sales@autocomputerusa.com or fill out our online contact form. Please include yourfull name,phone number, andshipping address.
Step 2 – Send Your Module
Ship your ECM/PCM to us using thecarrier of your choice. Customers are responsible forshipping and return costs.
Step 3 – We Diagnose
Once we receive your module, our team will inspect, test, and provide a complete diagnostic report — free of charge.
Note: If no issues are found with your ECM/PCM, we’ll simply send it back to you and only charge for return shipping, which typically ranges between $20 and $28, depending on your location and carrier.

If the diagnostic confirms an issue and you’d like to proceed with repairs, just let us know, and we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a clear repair plan tailored to your unit.
