Auto Computer USA Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms of Service completely. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at autocomputerusa.com

By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Payments

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment is declined, the buyers forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be programmed or shipped. 

Shipping

We agree to pay for shipping and provide the costumer a prepaid shipping label to return old computer. We are not responsible for lost or damage of the prepaid return label. For international costumer we paid for shipping, but WE DO NOT provide a prepaid return label, buyer is responsible for the return of the old computer.

Refund/ Return

If you experience any problem with your computer, you can return it within 30 days after you receive it. The computer has to be in the original condition. Once we received the computer we’ll evaluate it and test it, and once it’s approved we’ll process your refund to your original method of payment. This will usually takes 3-4 business days. Shipping and programming charges may apply. Also if you don’t need the computer anymore and you want to return it, you will also have 30 days to do so counting from the time that you receive it. There will be a 15% restocking and shipping. Computers are not refundable after 30 days. We are not responsible of wrong diagnosis. If you would like to return your computer please emails us with the reason for the return as well as your invoice number.

Warranty

We agree to provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY to all costumers IF OLD CORE IS RETURNED.

Cancelations

An item may be cancelled until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
