You can do it online, or call us directly at 305-456-0505 Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm ET, when placing an order by phone please have ready the following information VIN #, transmission, wheel drive, and the part number.

Once you place your order and we received clear payment, we will start processing your order. We usually ship within 1-2 business days, from Monday- Friday, orders placed before 1:00pm Eastern Time will usually ship the same day.

If you experience any problem with your computer, you can return it within 30 days after you receive it. The computer has to be in the original condition. Once we received the computer we’ll evaluate it and test it, and once it’s approved we’ll process your refund to your original method of payment. This will usually takes 3-4 business days. Shipping and programming charges may apply. Also if you don’t need the computer anymore and you want to return it, you will also have 30 days to do so counting from the time that you receive it. There will be a 15% restocking and shipping. Computers are not refundable after 30 days. We are not responsible of wrong diagnosis. If you would like to return your computer please emails us with the reason for the return as well as your invoice number.

The core exchange is necessary, if core is not return you won’t get a refund that we offer for it. If you have a specific situation with your core, please contact us before you place your order.

All computers have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, you must return your old core. Warranty is not transferable.

The tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you provide. If you didn’t provide an e-mail, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

No, you do not need any additional programming. All computers are PLUG AND DRIVE.

Repair & Return is an effective service that we provide for your convenience. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us. We offer this repair service with a 1-3 business day turnaround time, starting when we received your part at our shop. If you need faster return shipping arrangements can be made.
